A lifelong Horsewoman, Stephanie has been riding since before she could walk. After working in all aspects of the horse industry for the last 20 years, the idea of EquiSync is 10 years in the making and planning. 

Stephanie attended the University of Kentucky to study Equine Science and Management where she interned at top Veterinary Hospitals, Grain Labs, and farms. In 2011 she graduated with a dual degree in Equine Science and Management with specialties in both Spanish and Agricultural Economics. Post graduation Stephanie moved to further her horse knowledge as a professional, and joined Mike Lamb of Lamb Show Horses, there her dream of EquiSync, and streamlining business, began. After leaving Washington, Stephanie moved to Minnesota to revamp the lesson program at Cedar Ridge Arabians. While there for nearly a decade, her role evolved from lesson instructor to farm manager, and everything in between. Most recently, she has been managing one of the largest Arabian Horse Training facilities, and has worked to increase profitability, and simplify procedure.  In her history in the horse industry Stephanie has experienced almost every aspect, and her desire to streamline farm management has only grown. EquiSync is a dream long come to fruition and she cannot wait to help you achieve your goals.
